It’s a good idea to eat food that’s hydrated within an hour after exercise. After an hour, recover the stamina consumed by complex carbohydrates and high-quality protein. 1/2 cup honey water, 1 grape, 1 apple, 200ml low fat chocolate milk, 2 eggs.
